Voiceovers and Medical Writing
Colleen B. Litof (President)

For over 20 years, Colleen has been translating sophisticated and complicated medical concepts into compelling copy. Her experience runs the gamut, from journal articles and supplements, to audio/video scripts, online training programs, newsletters, monographs, and patient education guides. Colleen also has extensive project management experience, and can take your program from a glimmer of an idea, all the way through to completion.

While experience is great-and many persons have it-there is one intangible that makes a medical writer transcend the ordinary, and that’s a “nose for content.” The ability to understand the audience and anticipate their informational need is what makes the difference between a piece that just exists, and one that is read, re-read, and passed on to others.

Of course, no medical article or project would have any impact if it “missed the boat.” Colleen has an excellent reputation for respecting and meeting project deadlines. She also works well with others, and has strong relationships with a host of multimedia professionals who can bring additional dimensions of animation and interactivity to your project.

Colleen is also a voiceover professional, with over 10 years of experience in areas of commercials, promotional announcements, corporate/pharmaceutical narration, online training, and telephone message-on-hold. She is extremely efficient in the studio and takes direction exceptionally well, skills that lower both the cost of a project and its index of frustration (which can run high in recording sessions!) While medical voiceovers are her specialty, Colleen also does a lot of work in commercial and corporate/industrial sectors.
